No one can explain how it makes sense or is fair to shareholders that they gave away 66 Oilfield back to Frazier in addition to the $4M in inventory for free. Would seem to be a big legal issue to me, here you have the CFO of the company getting 66 Oilfield granted back to him with all associated revenue contracts and millions of inventory and shareholders received nothing in exchange. Does that sound like an arms length transaction to you?
