The pay raises were for meeting milestones. Apparently, they meant “not” meeting milestones.
I think the stock incentive is for taking the stock from $.70 to $.42 in the last three quarters. Of course, that success wouldn’t have been possible without the deft precision of Nader’s non-dilutive finance raises! He sure knows how to drive a hard bargain! I’ll be incredibly impressed when the next Paulsen raise is at $.45 and maybe they’ll get TWO free shares with each warrant!
Anyway, I grabbed 2900 shares late today at $.4240. I’m basically gambling at this point.
