heard a rumor from RZ that Starr's counsel has filed motion to withdraw. Looks like the scammer owes them about a quarter mil. Add them to the pile of attorneys, accountants, employees, consultants that got screwed by this guy. Oh, I forgot about the biggest group, the shareholders. Just waiting to hear the comments on this one.

"Motion for Order to Show Cause Regarding False Declarations"

My gosh, and this is in Sacramento County Superior Court. This could wind up having CONvictEd tossed in the Sacramento County jail for contempt of court and making false statements to the court.

Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, and Sacramento counties will all have to fight over custody of IncarceratEd. He'll be bouncing between one jail and another - a veritable tour of California county jails.

How long before he gets a ride in the back of a police cruiser in Monterey county when he tries to drive away from the Salinas residential rehab joynt in DaBagg again?

Dude could eventually write a book - "A Comprehensive Tour of California County Jails and Residential Rehab Facilities".

Can't wait to see the charges for embezzlement from MEC to his personal trusts via the real estate con. That's a long CDC prison gig right there.

If he's ever sober, CONvictEd migh want to liquidate all the assets at his disposal, pack it up as cash, and flee to Rosarito Beach or Ensenada and live ~OUTT his remaining years as a fugitive. The booze is much cheaper in Mexico, so that's an added benefit - and weed is easy o come by, as is meth and prescription pills from any local farmacia. The new MEC Whirled HQ and Mobile Wetbar can be South of DaBorder on the beach, surrounded by tequila bottles and take-away farmacia prescription pills.

Heck, I think I'll go grab a beer right now!

So, as the Attoney's Declaration clearly states, and is black letter law, a corporation cannot be represented by its officers or directors - a corportion MUST be represented by legal counsel.

Therefore, it appears that MEC does nott now (due to today's action by DaJudge to allow the CONstruction lawyers to withdraw from representation of both MEC the corporation and CONvictEd the individual, that a default judgment in favor of Defendant and his counterclaims will be entered at the next substantive hearing, unless a new lawyer is found for MEC - and then the CONstruction lawyers will demand to see how the new counsel is being paid, since MEC and CONvictEd owe them $260,000 and claim to be brke and unable to pay.

Looks like Maciora wins this one BIG if MEC defaults as is likely.
