Should students with lower GPA be redistributed GPA from students with higher numbers? I mean...its the same concept, right? Those with less should be given from those with more.
So...a student with 2.5 GPA at a university should be given an additional 1.0 GPA from someone with a 4.0. Thus, redistributing to the have nots from the haves.
