Another matter to be finalized by the Company first is the termination of shares, which are above the allowed medallion levels, and so the plane tickets are purchased and the closing is scheduled for in person transfer of shares. The efforts continue to bring down the share while the market value of this company meets and exceeds its potential. There is no reason to increase expense and expand before all foundation steps are completed.
