Did you contact the company via their website? If so, you might have to wait a long time for a reply. You can try emailing jbergendorff@tempus-as.com He may not reply after one or two emails but may reply after the third one. That is my experience with him. I have a mail tracker and know when he opens an email.
FWIW, I emailed S. Terry a congratulatory email the night the award was issued, and he responded in about 20 minutes. Now since you have several important questions, going with the CFO might be better with Dr. Terry's reduced role. Just my thoughts.
My email to him was direct email address, not through the company website. I had emailed him back in 2017 regarding a few questions and still had it in my email addresses.
