Me too. I’ve seen a few with a little higher OS do a RS but it was to uplist. I don’t believe that’s the case here at all.

Has nothing to do with how small the MJOG / MJOGD/ SecurCapital Holdings Corp share structure is (WAS).....

These greedy bastards don't want to issue shares on top of the 70M that it had.....they want to dump shares starting at the ground floor....lol

So basically they took the OS from 70M to 140,000.....Now they can issue a TON of new shares.....

I wonder where it will actually open at......I mean....how much peeps will pay for this POS.....

I bet they have some insiders that will probably buy a few to make it look good........lol
