But FINRA states that the reverse split is a 1:500 split, which means its going to get bloated as hell. I thought people were talking about forward split, like you just stated. But FINRA says a completely different story.

Nevermind. Please disregard. I am reading it incorrectly. You are correct. It's 1 share for 500 shares.
