Arcaro has nothing to do with this one anymore, its all in the new companies hands. So we wait for them to start yapping.....hopefully sooner than later. Watching the NVSOS for changes daily on this.
There arent any more 10Ks,10Qs,8ks or any other kind of Ks or Qs due for RGLG. Arcaro had RGLG DEREGISTER from the SEC back on September 26th 2018. RGLG now is a dark alternative reporter only to the OTC. As a matter of fact a non SEC reporting public company doesnt have to do or say anything to remain as an OTC ticker. The OTC is not a regulatory agency
