On Jan 6, 2015 QMC announced that they would increase reactor capacity by mid-2015.

$500,000 financing from Carson was obtained on Jan 15, 2015.

On 4/22/15, QMC announced that they would be taking early delivery of the reactor.

As I recall it then took 2 or 3 months to receive, install and commission the reactor.

"Property and equipment increased $480,113 during the year ended June 30, 2015 due to the purchase of a second microreactor."
