That's kind of how I see it, if it is a scam, well they will certainly pump the price to get volume at some point or otherwise what is the point.
They haven't taken on any debt so they haven't gotten paid via convertible debt and have not made much of anything via dilution, so if its a scam then I still expect this to be a great time to buy in as a run is coming either way you slice it.
