Last month FNHI completed a very conservative 6 to 1 reverse split to help facilitate listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange.

After all his hard work it is beyond any shadow of a doubt Rossi has no intention of selling any of his control block & he does not do toxic debt.

The only dilution that will ever happen here is normal, non toxic funding where shares are given in exchange for needed capital when need to grow the business arises. And at a fair price relative to the market at the time.

Send an email to Rossi. Don’t take the word of anyone else. Ask him what he plans to do with his shares. Ask him what trading account he has them in. I won’t tell you the response but I have already asked and I am content with the answer for now. Also review the previous conference call if it can be found. He admitted that the company may need to raise a certain amount of capital each year but to me that was a modest amount. Not what I would classify as toxic dilution.
