Why would that be such a surprise? Jim Diprima and Shaun Dietrich submitted an annual report to OTC. Doesn’t even matter what’s in the report - just that they submitted something.
Now they need an attorney for the opinion letter to step up to current.
It’s a process for the different tiers. It is not some approval as to legitimacy of the company as the OTC is not reading or auditing what they put in them.
