And Shinewing would not let BMXI to State the financials were reviewed by the audit firm if they were not engaged to audit the financials.

If they backed away they would ensure their name is not affiliated with the company. Again, Shinewing is a company with 8,000 employees doing over $300M in revenue, they are not going to just let people claim they are being audited by them.

I reached out to the audit partner directly by getting his email off of the Shinewing website and he confirmed the audit.

Will he answer me again? I don't know, I caught him during their Christmas break so maybe he was in a good mood, perhaps people have also reached out and have not been as cordial and he no longer wants to engage but I have visible proof to reaffirm my claim

Here you state it was directly confirmed with Matthew in March. By Who? How did you hear about this confirmation... is there an Ihub post detailing the exchange? Is there an email exchange you can post? I suspect it will be an unverifiable phone conversation made by an unidentified person.
