Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, as I've only been around since last spring, but was there not some major leadership change in early 2017? I'm sure when new management came on board, priorities shifted a bit. Maybe that's what happened with Panama City as the PR you keep referencing was in 2016.
Hey, don't get me wrong though, I wish it was already built, especially when the hurricane came through the Florida Panhandle last fall to test the proof of concept (as bad as that may sound, but just being real here). It'll happen though. What would be the reason for them not to see it come to fruition? Is it not one of the cornerstones of the company to set them off to higher skies?
