Should be against the law to do an RS but unfortunately that is what will most likely occur here at some point

Who is stupid? Really? If a company loaded with money does not buy back shares at these prices, then THAT IS WHAT WOULD REALLY BE STUPID.

Wrong. Their goal is to reach NASDAQ quickly. Doing an RS would cause the price to fall, furthering them from their goal. Doing a share buyback would cause the price to skyrocket, helping them achieve their goals.

This is why the CEO said there will be no RS, and share buyback is on the table.
