That is an easy one... republicans who put party over country. They look the other way, they way they did and do when he is caught on tape admitting to assaulting women. To get the judges they want and the tax cuts for their billionaire owners they are putting up with absolute corruption and obvious conflicts of interest.

Propping up a second-tier mob boss to get what they want from him is pretty obvious to anyone not afflicted with the cult disease.
