ot china, they are pouring in a lot of money and have some very advanced tanks. They have a large populace and needs for oil, food etc. A glance at past world history makes me think sooner or later, they may want more land and resources and have a harsh mentality about what it takes to get what they want. OT, India has largest Muslim population in the world, I think richest man in India was a Muslim too, CEO and founder of a software company. We cannot eliminate 3000 people and we are spending 300 Billion $ annually for that; talk about corruption and poor planning.
