Regarding your post, do you see commons seeing any monies in the next few weeks since there seems to be nothing blocking distribution and the docket is clear.

Where do u see the first source of funds coming from...

Answer to LG.... Rosen and co were well represented it’s just shameful that so many people here complain every day but aren’t willing to spend money to sit in court.
If there were 2, 3 hundred shareholders in court the judge would see the human side of the pain, grief and distress this has caused...

So far they’re winning and we continue to lose...
