More than 90 days for sure. Doesn't matter though, doesn't change the fact that Haas is inept. Don't need a stop sign to scare investors away, just follow the trail of the company. Most has had enough.
I was there the time before when they filed late. Any company that misses the deadline receives it, but as soon as they publish the Q4 it will be removed. They are a penny stock, they don’t have to file Sec reports
