Currently RCPIQ shows 170.4 million shares soon to be cancelled.

Is there any way of determining who owns those shares, or is that top secret?

If all the common shares will be cancelled then why so many investors are buying millions shares at 0.0004 ~ 0.0001 which cost near $70K cash at $0.0004? So those $70K worthy shares will be ZERO?
