Yep, I mentioned this earlier. If we lose Mnuchin, the GSE Conservatorships will be indefinite as the Treasury has to agree to ending SPSPA and NWS. This adds even more uncertainty for Commons.

Thankfully the Jr. Preferreds have their lawsuits and Contract Rights, so they'll get sorted out one way or another.

Ackman: "Hey there Secretary Mnuchin. How's it going?"
Mnuchin: "Not so great."
Ackman: "You knoooooooow ... I'm a MAJOR shareholder over at Sears. I own a lot of COMMON shares.
Mnuchin: "... And?"
Ackman: "If I began to get the idea that you had an appreciation and respect ... I mean a REAL respect, for common shareholders in general ... holders of common shares of stock in ALL companies ... I bet I could make your name just FALL right off of that Sears lawsuit" [smile]

Where have we Fannie Shareholders heard this before?
————————//————————
“The complaint seeks the repayment of "billions of dollars of value looted from Sears," including while it was in what Lampert would later call a "death spiral" where it sold core assets to meet daily expenses with no real plan for becoming profitable.
—————————/————————

Haha, Lampert has learned a thing or two from the all mighty U.S. government!!! All he has to say is he enacted the Precedent Setting Net Worth Sweep at Sears as he claims they were in a
“Death Spiral”.

How is it that, over reaching unelected gov. agencies can get away with allegedly defrauding Fannie and Freddie for 7 years in broad daylight no less?

Amelia43 iHub post#519968 asks what we can do to make a fuss to possibly get noticed. Asking this very valid question to as many influential people as possible is a good start. Shake their cages guys and gals, lets get some attention.
