SO then are you of the opinion that on FEB 25 when the last creditor was paid(PIERS) that MARTA IN FACT didn't have a 60 day window to appeal their case, which in fact would have then taken it out to April 25TH anyway?

I like the accusations they are using our assets for collateral.

Hosen and the fdic clearly state there are no assets. If they are then yes it would be a crime.

The other question is hedge funds are spearheading this.
