My historical understanding of the Wynn company is that it is not part of the QPRC consolidated financials. Wholly owned subsidiary but not included in the numbers. Historically that is how it has been. However I noticed some new yet conflicting or contradictory statements in the notes on this. Still digesting it all. Also notice they delayed initial filing April 01. April 16 filing notes that as of April 12 Wynn is now merged with one of the Quest subsidiaries and that we have rights to the Financial Data system. That could be part of the reason for delaying the filing. The Wynn patent had to do with legacy QPRC product called the Big1Card which back then was at the start of PDA devices and smart chips on credit cards. Idea was to get all your cards onto one card. Since then that patent has been reissued and expanded. Long story short, that is the impetus of QPRC core business today.

Intelligent Partners is basically Scahill and the two other guys as far as my interpretation goes since it’s all a related party deal of control and a building block for the convoluted share structure to justify an authorized share level of ten billion. So far it sounds like no private placements have been transacted. However they state up front they don’t have the ability to know if what they are reporting is completely accurate due to how small they are which is understandable. I’ve been in this stock since 1998. Scahill is a breath of fresh air compared to those before him and appears to be trying to turn this company into something of legitimacy and hopefully integrity towards building shareholder wealth for all 384 million shares outstanding not just the insider shareholders.

Long journey when you stop filing for 10 to 11 years then start back up. Lots of work and house cleaning hopefully has/is transpiring these last few years.
