As u can see its Apple that should be worried about QPRC...and probably is......we have the ideal jurisdiction....the one apple just hates...and we have a 10+ year old patent that QPRC has had a relationship with its creator forever....the only reason QPRC hasn't started their own card with this patent us that it costs a LOT of money to do so...so they waited till someone , their money and the marketplace caught up with the patent that was sim ply 10-15 years too early...apple was the first one to have the wherewithal to do it, and infringe on it...and now QPRC simply dusted off the patent they were waiting to be infringed upon , then waited rather dramatically I must say, till the last possible day to file in the worst possible venue (East Texas) for Apple and here QPRC comes...
u better settle quick apple ..
