A trustee can pretty much do what they want.
Lets say he has loaned 10 bill out they leveraged it say 10 time s to 100 billion and made 5% on it and at the end of the term of the loan they out back the 10 bill they borrowed and 2% interest on THE 10 BILL ONLY??????????????????
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM 100 bill at 5% a year for ten years and they pay us back say 11 bill, sounds like they might have been happy to wait.......
