Funny that this statement is brought up because PwC can expect one thing and another could happen with PwC still being in discussion with two parties for the contracts. PwC has actually disproven this statement because an unsecured creditor has been paid $2000. Not saying the significance of the $2000 or what it means but it disproves #47
