Honestly, I think it's just a cyclical thing w the chart. It was near it's bottom yesterday which has been .0016 - so as soon as some bigger buys came in at 20 yesterday, people who watch these low float dead tickets took notice. This has run to over 2 cents this past year because it moves easily.
I've noticed that this was well up percentage wise yesterday and now up again today. Any ideas of what's going on? Any rumors etc? An interesting stock that looks to have almost no float.
