Sorry, but that is not factual.

The US Court has ultimate jurisdiction, as BIOAQ is a Delaware Corporation. The Canadian Court has no authority over the parent corporation and the common stock. That will be handled by the US Bankruptcy Court.

The Delaware Corporation has already been liquidated and is in the process of being wound up. Once the CCAA is complete, the US Bankruptcy Court will dispose of the US assets and cancel the common stock.

That is the LAW.

Anyone holding BIOAQ common shares will lose everything.

How much money are they making?
What product are they producing?
Who are the officers of the company?



What will they be doing in Delaware BK court?
