I think FTWS is fine for now. Form D states: To settle two convertible notes ($10,000 and $100,000) and to finance restructure plans.

1. There isnt 750k worth of shares that were bought. The dollar volume isnt there.

2. Notes werent transferred as per this form. It looks like it was invested to settle the notes as per the Form D.
