$5.5m less $2.8m in AGP offering discounts/commissions/fees offset by about $500k for their allotment share proceeds

less any additional merger fees not included above (unsure but could be significant)

less $2m for promissory notes for Bellridge

less any of the March 22 $300k note to third party due on demand now.

If I'm doing the math right it looks like they may be out of cash in a few more months. $4m sure could have come in handy.
