Yup....so AGP owned the $20.5 million in stock (they had paid Verb $20.5 M for it already) and SC buys $4 million worth with the money they got from Verb.
How does that increase Verb’s cash position? All AGP did was sell $4 million in stock THEY OWNED. They already paid VERB the $20.5 million for the offering....so all it means is AGP has $16.5 million left to sell.
NONE of that money is going to Verb from AGP...as they already paid $20.5 million for the stock.
Verb’s cash position doesn’t change from $5.5 million one bit.
