That’s wrong.

AGP gave VERB $20.5M (minus fees and stuff) for the offering units. Period.

VERB gave the owners of SC $15M. Period.

The owners of SC bought offering units from AGP. Period.

There is no extra money to VERB.

People can lose a lot of money if they believe in IMO false claims such as these. The truth is what will guide the VERB stock price in the end.
