Meaningless MM intra-day short "Volume" has no relation to open short positions needing to cover. Short "Interest" are open shorts, not covered.

Even if there was short "Interest" from the Pump, they would have already covered during/after the Dump.

...May be the fact that 50% of last weeks volume was short per numerous sites and they have to cover....
