That “proposed” word at the very end of that CCAA cut and paste is kinda key isn’t it. ;-)

It all happens under CCAA...

This is pretty basic stuff.

So I would ask...where is the “proposed” Plan of Arrangment involving the equity of the company?

Have shareholders voted on it?

Many will be scratching their heads when CCAA concludes with no such vote.
