Nope. What's going on has no direct relevance to the b/k of the parent company, which is Delaware based. That's where the proceedings end up. And, as massive debt remains, the common shareholders will get nothing, in the end.

Of course it is the main proceeding and at some point it will conclude and Delaware will have to deal with the remaining US based issues.
