Once again, here's the program requirements:





So they've either violated the bankruptcy judge's order to not pay those bonuses until the secured creditors were paid in full OR they've hidden the receipt of over $40M and the payment IN FULL IN CASH of that $40M of debt from the judge.
That's ridiculous to even suggest and just false.
