Then why have they begged the court to APPROVE THE STIPULATION!!!!

Why not just say to the court will you PLEASE VALIDATE the stipulation was legal at the time it was done and the shares we got we were entitled too.

1 week from today guess we will see legal or not


Their verbiage is telling to me
