Greg Rotman is lying about the TA too. The transfer agent has already agreed to update otcmarkets.com automatically unless the company tells the TA to NOT disclose the share structure. The notion that the company has gagged the TA to avoid $250 a call is just plain stupid.
Look on otcmarkets.com at any ticker symbol. 90% of transfer agents participate in the program. Even dead tickers get updated.
