Pretty worthless huh.... Park Avenue (unsecured creditor) was owed $1568.45 and BioAmber settled with paying them $2000.... more than a 20% premium on what Park Avenue was actually owed. I would be one pissed of secured creditor if unsecured was being paid before secured. Weird that not a single Secured Creditor had a problem with it
