Golden Panegyric was created by Robert Xu to take companies public. His first two ticker acquisitions have been ZMRK and SBES.
With ZMRK being his first, he wants to make a splash to make the investment community here and in China take notice. With the first two press releases, and posted news, he has started to do that.
The first ZMRK press release links the management of Golden Panegyric to ZMRK (to give Xu exposure) which is exactly the same, and states intended purchase of agricultural land.
Then we find news on the Golden Panegyric website stating a lighting deal was signed with ZMRK, for indoor growing.
Then the second press release, and most revealing comes out. AeroPonLeaf Canada is creating a massive industrial cannabis complex and vacation destination in Birds Creek Ontario. Why would ZMRK pr this? Because AeroPonLeaf already owns ZMRK and is reverse merging into them.
You wonder why the financial filings haven’t been released? It is because they show that William Shape, CEO of AeroPonLeaf Canada owns ZMRK. He just hasn’t wanted to reveal that yet. Looks like it’s time now.
Robert Xu has a huge interest in seeing AeroPonLeaf reverse merge into ZMRK and be highly successful. It is the best marketing tool Golden Panegyric could ever have.
