It makes sense that LWLG would be at least sufficiently audited to satisfy the financing entities who provided the recent $25 mil.
But a lot of these small microcaps do have dodgy finances, it just goes with the territory. At least LWLG has its share count under control, in the 80 mil range. Hopefully the company will start generating some revenues soon.
