What has been your part in preferred lawsuits? Why do you feel that you have rights to speak on behalf of plaintiffs of preferred lawsuits?

Does this mean that JPS holders can rob FnF just like FHFA conservator?

If preferred lawsuits were co-ordinated along with CS holders we would have been in much better position?

Both JPS and CS holders should be together in this instead making an issue like this.
