But if you take at face value what the cheerleaders
of this technology say, then my statement is the
next logical consequence.

Why not ?

You say it produces 30 Kw from the flow of any
circulation system. If we assume that a circulation
system has a 5,000 watt pump, and the ECV produces
30 Kw, then once started, the system should run on
its' own....forever.
