Heaven forbid that a plan makes assumptions! Even your plan has assumptions, namely that FHFA and Treasury would be willing to release FnF before they are fully capitalized, even though it's at direct odds with what they have publicly said.

Once again, this tells me you haven't even read the plan. This $225B is way, way more than Moelis projects.

Gov agencies will not pick any single private plan but they will look for suggestions in plans and then they will present their own plan.
