Well, I never understood how some companies claim that they receive a 95% response rate from their shareholders when a good portion of INDIVIDUAL shareholders do not vote.
In this case with BMY, from a practical standpoint, with all the negative commentary against the BMY-CELG merger, I just find it suspect that there were that many in favor. I know it is an independent entity that counts the votes, but still..
