If I were to see directors and executives mortgaging their homes to buy as many shares as possible I would take it as a for sure sign "telling us not to worry"

The fact that this is not occurring so much means even they are cautious with their own money and their words.

That said, their positions are not insignificant but they do not seem to reflect "give me liberty or give me death" kind of attitude, "Damn the torpedoes, buy as many shares as possible..."

Not quite.

Positive sentiment ? Yes.

Absolutely positive ? No.

To me it seems they are aware it is a risk still, maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. The bar is very high for this study. It will make scientific history either way it goes.

My opinion is that there is absolutely for sure "some degree of effectiveness". My best efforts with spreadsheets, etc., say so.

I cannot however prove that it has or will meet the 10% hurdle, I just don't have the data to go all the way with that.

This part is on faith. I think it will work, that's why I'm here.

I have not mortgaged my house to buy shares either.
