Where is that money? $35 Million CAD is obligations for the contractual rights and licensing agreements along with the steam agreement with ARLANXEO where the Sarnia Asset is located... The purchaser must take on these obligations or variations of such in order to continue producing bio-succinic acid as they have repeatedly stated and confirmed.
