Because FINRA deletes the tickers of shares cancelled in bankruptcy.

This is such a common occurrence it even has its own tag on the daily list.

And this is what is going to happen to BIOAQ, too. The common shares will be cancelled upon the authorization of the US Bankruptcy Court, and FINRA will delete the ticker.
