Thanks, and I will say that I don't blame SUNW or management for what I think happened in the last few days. I was just trying to figure out why the stock surged on high volume out of nowhere. We will see when the 10-Q comes out if I am right or not, this is just my best guess for now.

Creating the spike? That would be different.

It certainly would, and like I implied earlier, I am not sure if Boden even makes his own decisions regarding his venture capital firm (which is basically a fake cover). If he did then the use of an out of state address associated with Jon Lei makes no sense. A lot of the people involved in this go out of their way to try and conceal their involvement through things like Nevada LLCs operated by family members. But to be extra clear, I don't have any reason to believe that current SUNW management is currently involved in any of this.
